Here you will find the answers to the most frequently asked questions about our products and services. If you do not find what you are looking for, we will of course be happy to answer any questions you may have about our promotional items and production options. We are looking forward to your inquiry!

Is there a restricted group of buyers?

Our products on the website and in the product finder almost exclusively address customers from industry, trade, craft and commerce, as well as associations. Only a very small part of the range, such as silicone bracelets or trophies, can also be ordered by private customers. All prices are exclusive of VAT and freight charges.

Order processing at Ebets

The order process always proceeds as follows:

  • You have already selected a product in our product finder or are still being advised in advance by an ebets customer consultant to find the right advertising material.
  • As soon as the product, any graphic services and the type of advertising application have been clarified, we will send you a binding offer.
  • After you place your order, we need logo or print data from you, you will receive an order confirmation from us again, as well as a proof for approval. Any minor changes can still be made.
  • After signed approval of the final proof, the goods are ordered and then finished in with the desired production technique.
What payment options are available to me?

For new customers, payment is made in advance or by arrangement.

For already existing customer relationships, the standard agreed payment terms of 14 days net apply. The invoice can be paid by bank transfer. Payment terms vary depending on the size of the order – please clarify these with your ebets account manager when placing your order.

What are the delivery conditions?

Delivery costs are incurred, depending on the place of manufacture, from European central warehouse, from European production factory or from factory A-4720.

How much are the shipping costs?

The calculation of the costs for packaging and shipping is made per order according to actual expenditure. We usually ship our goods by parcel service, such as DPD. An exception is the shipment of fragile and bulky goods. These are delivered by freight forwarding and charged separately according to actual expenditure.

How long are the delivery times?

The delivery time of in-stock goods without advertising is about 2 to 6 working days. For orders with advertising, the delivery time after order clarity and production release is about 2-4 weeks. Direct imports and custom orders have a delivery time of approximately 12-14 weeks by sea freight or 8-10 weeks by air freight for an additional charge.

Can a sample of a promotional item be ordered for review?

The sending of sample articles is possible. The delivery of samples is against calculation of the single price plus. Shipping costs and VAT possible. In case of order, the samples are free of charge.

How does the data delivery work?

Artwork for advertising application must be provided by the customer as a vectorized file in EPS, AI or PDF format. Image files should have a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Data from word processing and presentation programs, such as Word and PowerPoint, are unsuitable for prepress. If no suitable print data can be provided, we will be happy to create them for a flat graphic fee.

Is customer data handled confidentially?

We use your inventory data exclusively for processing your order. All customer data is stored and processed by us in compliance with the relevant regulations and laws. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, which can be revoked at any time. Excluded from this are our service partners who require your data for successful order processing (e.g. the shipping company commissioned with the delivery). In these cases, however, the scope of the data transmitted is limited to the minimum required.

If you do not pay in advance, your name and address may be passed on to the Creditreform credit agency to protect our legitimate interests for the purpose of checking your creditworthiness. Your interests worthy of protection will of course also be taken into account here in accordance with the statutory provisions.

You have the right to free information, correction, blocking and deletion of your stored data at any time. To do so, please contact us at office@ebets.at or send us your request by mail or fax. We will be happy to take care of it.
